FAAN gets new MD - THE GUARDIAN

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Captain Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu as the new Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

Captain Yadudu takes over from former Managing Director, Saleh Dunoma.

Yadudu’s appointment, which takes immediate effect, was conveyed in a letter marked FMA/PSAPPT/CEO/014/VOL.I/3 and dated May 20, 2019 from the Federal Ministry of Transportation.

Deputy Director Press, Ministry of Transportation (Aviation), James Odaudu, said Captain Yadudu, an ICAO/ACI certified International Airport Professional, was until his new appointment, Director of Airport Operations at FAAN.

He also holds professional certifications in Avionics, Airport Safety Management Systems, Airport Security Management and Air Transport Systems Management, among others.
