Britain no longer largest investor in NatWest after fresh share sale - REUTERS

LONDON, March 13 (Reuters) - The British government is no longer the largest shareholder in NatWest Group (NWG.L) after it sold a further 89 million shares in the UK lender on Thursday. The government stake, which was once as large as 84% following a crisis-era 45 billion pound ($58.28 billion) bailout, now stands at 4.82%.

According to LSEG (LSEG.L), BlackRock Investment Management (UK) (BLK.N) is now NatWest's largest investor, with a 5.72% position.
