Euro Stays Lower After ECB Leaves Rates Steady - BARRON'S

The euro is little moved after the European Central Bank left interest rates unchanged, as widely expected. The currency continues to trade lower against the dollar on the day.
The ECB said price pressures continued to ease while the economy has proven resilient in a challenging global environment. "At the same time, the environment remains exceptionally uncertain, especially because of trade disputes," it said.
