Naira extends appreciation against US currency - DAILY POST
The naira extended its appreciation against the dollar at the official foreign exchange market on Tuesday.
Central Bank of Nigeria data showed that the naira further firmed up to N1,320.25 against the dollar on Tuesday, from N1,320.56 recorded on Monday.
This means that, on a day-to-day basis, the naira gained N0.31 against the dollar at the official foreign exchange market.
Similarly, at the black market, the naira appreciated by N90 to N1,390 per dollar on Tuesday, compared to N1,400 traded the previous day.
