KAMPALA, Nov 22 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling was flat on Friday, with both dollar demand and supply sluggish, traders said.
At 0923 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,690/3,700, the same level as Thursday's close.
